By accessing tluzarinclix.world or using our custom furniture and restoration services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Description

Tluzarinclix provides custom furniture manufacturing, furniture restoration, refinishing, and related woodworking services. All work is performed by skilled artisans using quality materials and professional techniques.

Custom Orders

Custom furniture orders are subject to the following terms:

• A 50% deposit is required to commence work on custom pieces
• Final payment is due upon completion, before delivery
• Design changes after approval may incur additional costs
• Lead times are estimates and may vary based on project complexity
• All custom pieces are made to order and are non-refundable once production begins

Restoration Services

For restoration projects:

• Written estimates are provided after physical inspection of the piece
• Additional work discovered during restoration will be communicated before proceeding
• We are not responsible for pre-existing structural damage or hidden defects
• Original materials may need replacement if damaged beyond repair

Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs, and content on tluzarinclix.world are the property of Tluzarinclix. Custom designs created for clients become the client's property upon full payment, though we may use photos of completed work for portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed.

Warranty

We stand behind our craftsmanship:

• Custom furniture: 5-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship
• Restoration work: 2-year warranty on repairs and refinishing
• Normal wear, environmental damage, and misuse are not covered

Limitation of Liability

Tluzarinclix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the value of the furniture or service in question.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
