Custom Furniture Policy

At Tluzarinclix, each piece of custom furniture is handcrafted specifically to your specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our work:

• Custom furniture orders are non-refundable once production has begun
• Deposits are non-refundable after design approval
• We encourage thorough review of all designs and specifications before approval

Quality Guarantee

We stand behind our craftsmanship. If your furniture arrives with defects in materials or workmanship:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery to report any issues
• Provide photographs documenting the defect
• We will repair or remake the piece at no additional cost
• If repair is not possible, we will provide a full refund or replacement

Delivery Inspection

Upon delivery of your furniture:

• Inspect all items carefully before signing the delivery receipt
• Note any visible damage or discrepancies on the receipt
• Take photographs of any issues immediately
• Report concerns within 48 hours of delivery

Restoration Services

For furniture restoration services:

• Restoration work is performed on items owned by the client
• Payment is due upon completion of agreed-upon work
• If you are unsatisfied with the restoration quality, contact us within 7 days
• We will address legitimate concerns and make necessary corrections

Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations are handled as follows:

• Cancellation before design approval: Full deposit refund minus consultation fees
• Cancellation after design approval but before production: 50% deposit refund
• Cancellation after production begins: No refund available

Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim:

1. Contact us via email or phone with your order details
2. Describe the issue and provide photographs
3. We will assess the claim within 5 business days
4. Valid claims will be addressed through repair, replacement, or refund

Exclusions

The following are not covered by our return policy:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or negligence
• Environmental damage (humidity, sunlight, temperature extremes)
• Modifications made by parties other than Tluzarinclix
• Changes in wood appearance due to natural aging
